If you thought that you'd be getting a business for free or "taking over a lease" - I'm sorry to be the one to burst your bubble.
Nearly two years in and that has not happened. With restrictions now lifting Province to Province, it appears that the end is in sight. Now would certainly NOT be the time for existing operators to throw their hands up in the air and walk away from their assets and goodwill.
So where does that leave you? I hope it means that you've worked on your business plan and have it finely polished for the neighbourhoods that you are considering!
