To be fair, there are commonly only a couple of times when it's not "great" - Summer Holidays and Winter Holidays.
People are away on vacation, Christmas gifts kids activities and camps, etc. etc.
In general the market is busy right now, but Buyers are not just buying whatever.
They are cautious due to COVID.
They are worried about a repeat.
Worried about how consumers confidence currently is.
As a Seller a major current concern is staffing.
Should you list confidentially so one knows you're selling?
